PRET VIBE : Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns or refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged if the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

• Exchanges will be accepted only for items free from stains, odours, alterations, or damage.

• Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability and successful quality inspection upon receipt.

• Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs.
