Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are dispatched only on Wednesdays and Sundays. Orders placed after the weekly dispatch cut-off will be shipped on the next scheduled dispatch day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new launches, sales, festive seasons, or promotional events, processing and dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within India

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges( applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website and promotional campaigns.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Government restrictions

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
